By accessing and using Global Trade Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License & Restrictions
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Global Trade Platform's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
You may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
- Attempt to scrape, data mine, or extract data from the website using automated bots or scripts;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. Accuracy of Materials
The materials on Global Trade Platform's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of HS Codes or duty rates. Official verification should always be done through the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
